In general, I consider a climb to be when I ask myself "how much more of this $%!# is left".

I am not built for climbing at all. So I say that a lot.

When ascending a hill and I start to feel old and fat, I reclassify it to be a climb. That gives me the false hope that I am not old and fat.

Where I live in FL, anything steeper and longer than an Interstate Overpass bridge is a "climb"......we don't have many. I have to drive about 75-100 miles to see anything remotely resembling climbs.
