Midweek I tend to prefer running. Less cars to deal with where I am if I hit central park. I rotate between the bridle path and doing a 10k around the park. I love it. -Mike G
I do wonder if my 5 workouts (3 runs/2 rides) per week is a bit much. I've cut back on my cycling mileage so my rides aren't as draining. How many combined activities do you usually average per week?

i've been doing four activities weekly two of each. this week's been tough. i probably need 3 days rest but i don't have any events coming up and i assume there will be bad weather at some point that forces an extra day off
