    Amer, which still owns Enve, was purchased by a Chinese consortium last year.
    What does this have to do with Mavic situation?

    Doesn't sound good for them. It will be interesting to see if they are able to fulfill their obligations to ASO for neutral support at the TdF.

    Edit to add:

    CyclingTips has a much better written article. They made it very clear that no one is completely sure who owns Mavic right now, including the people who work at Mavic.
