    Greetings from upstate NY

Been riding multi-speed bikes since 1971. Probably had 15 or so, as many as 6 at one time. Currently down to just a Litespeed Appalachian and Ocoee. Always looking for another. Love, love, love titanium.

I might slow but I have a good excuse 

Wow, the "Garbage Plate!" Haven't heard that for some time. First became acquainted with it when a friend got a gig up there.

    Welcome aboard.
More Americans wanted Hillary Clinton to be President than wanted Donald Trump.

Donald Trump has never had a wife he didn't cheat on.

There are over 6.2 million covid cases in the United States (as of September 6th), eight months after Donald Trump said it was "totally under control," and that "it's gonna be just fine."

Problem is that every marginal food outlet seems to make a version of the garbage plate, and most of them aren't any good. I knew Nick Tahou, and his plate always had beans, not mac salad. It was always a dish best eaten at 3 a.m., after a night of drinking, usually while sitting at a table at his Main St. location, often next to an off-duty hooker. Makes no sense otherwise......

A brief log of my bicycle purchases... from 1971 on... All the except the Vista, Follis, Flandria, and Cannondale touring were pre-owned

VISTA (similar to a heavyweight Schwinn) Bought new in 1971

    SCHWINN CONTINENTAL (1972)

FOLLIS (my 1st bike with lugged frame) (1974)

FLANDRIA (my 1st bike with cotterless cranks, tubular tires) (1976)

    CANNONDALE 1985 touring bike (1986)

    SCHWINN PROLOGUE

    FUJI ROUBAIX

RALEIGH 1974 PROFESSIONAL (had it about 5 years in the 90’s, rode it 6 times. It was too nice to ride, hung on my family room wall)

DIAMONDBACK APEX (my only attempt at repainting a bike)

    GT OUTPOST MTN. BIKE

    CANNONDALE 1993 M700

    CANNONDALE 1994 M700

    LITESPEED 1993 OCOEE

    LITESPEED 1995 OCOEE

    LITESPEED 2000 APPALACHIAN

    FELT F75

UPDATE: Just bought a 62cm, 2016 TREK DOMANE 5 SERIES from a local shop. Full Ultegra 10-speed.

    Update...

Went looking for a set of wheels for my Appalachian at a local bike shop. I walked out with a pre-owned Trek Domane 5 Series, 62cm Carbon fiber, full Ultegra 10-speed set up.
