I love fizz tablets... they don't 100% prevent cramps but certainly make a difference. Depending on how long/hard a ride is and how hot it is out, I put 1-2 tablets in a ~20 oz bottle. Putting it in your Camelbak should work fine.

Usually I use Grape flavor, sometimes Grapefruit or Lemon-Lime.

They should dissolve well enough to not get stuck in your tube.

Yes, I use them on long rides with good results. I don't ever use more then 1 tablet per bottle (20-24oz) and I will add it to either plain water or a sports drink.

I never use a camelbak for riding but I have used them in a camelbak when hiking.

Iíve been using the gu ones lately, same idea, one per bottle on longer rides. 2 per bottle would probably make the taste too strong for my liking but I use 22 oz bottles.

There is no quality research that shows any of these electrolyte products to be better than table salt.

That may well be but I always have trouble getting the table on my bike.

I havnít tried this product but dislike mixing electrolytes and carbohydrates in the same bottle. I believe the fuel/electrolytes hype is over sold and that we actually need more water and real food. Try mixing one bottle of the stuff and take it on a +30 ride and see if if works for you.. Personally a bottle with half a Nunn tab, a bottle of plain water and a Gu pack will work for 50 miles..
