I haven't been on either of the bikes for quite a while now (fair weather rider). I have only been weight training for the last few months. I recently installed a set of Bontrager Race Light flat top bars and today I rode around the neighborhood to tweak the position of the bars. After the first pump of the pedals I could see that the weight training has paid off. Cranking the bike was absolutely effortless due to increased leg strength. Now I have to work on endurance. Anyway here are some pics of the new bars.
