    There are other options besides grinding away on a trainer. Hit the weights. Go for a swim. Take a yoga class. There's more to life than just cycling, ya know?

    Agreed, but I have a century next weekend and I wanted to be ready. I took a couple hours off this morning and got out there and put in some good miles
