    Super budget build?

Okay guys, here's the situation: currently, I have a bianchi volpe steel cyclocross bike and I'm looking to get a road bike. I can get a deal on a caad10 frame with my team's paint job for $600. My budget is about $1300. So, how would you use that remaining $700? Keep in mind that I can probably get some free incidental parts such as a stem or pedals from friends and teammates. Btw, in terms of wheels, I was looking at the neuvation r28 SL's for $240.

Edit: This bike is going to be used for group road training rides and eventually for racing.

If it were me I'd spend the money on:
    1 wheels
    2 tires
    3 derailleurs & shifters
    4 bakes
    5 cranks
6 pedals, bars, cables, tape, etc.
In that order. I'm assuming you already have a saddle that you're happy with.
Before you criticize someone walk a mile in their shoes. That way when you criticize them you'll be a mile away & you'll have their shoes.

can you part out your bianchi for some groupo parts? That way you need cranks and a cassette if you don't want your cross cassette. then you can spend a little more on wheels and tires.

My friend is doing the same thing but backwards, for his cross bike.(he is getting a cross bike frame). He is getting a frame from his friend.

Possible Fuji cross frame I might get... and paint...
