    I only watched about 4 minutes of that clip, officers did a much better job than I would've but, agree, 100x agree.

    On a side-note, I'm jealous of the shoulder-width on that road.

    I know that road well. The shoulder width is nice, but only extends for certain stretches. Interestingly, the most dangerous parts of that road where there are tight curves and steep hills have no shoulder. There is also no shoulder on the section near the busy GW Bridge area.
