    All mid ride stops, well, 4 might have been a day I drove out with the family (based on keys in pic), but it's all the same bakery that I typically ride to 20-30 miles to reach and then 20-30 miles back (depending on exact start point).

    The amount of food is typically determined by how fast the ride is. On a faster ride it is limited to pastry and coffee so I don't puke it up. On a slower ride I can afford to eat a bit more. 7 was a fathers day ride with my dad.

    But shouldn't it be the other way around? Harder work, more calorie used so more intake, easier work, less calorie used so less intake.
