You should, but it depends on your concerns. If you are worried about data, with 3k users on, using a 2016 Kickr w/ power streaming "instant", a cadence monitor, but no heart rate, data was streaming between 250Kbps and 350Kbps at the start. On the mountain, with only 0-3 users visible, it was between 100Kbps and 250Kbps. I sent 16MB and received 36MB after 30 minutes.

That said, if you contact zwift developers on their support site, they should be able to answer all your questions.

Yeah Zwift are really good with the support. How is your typical data rate and is it constant?

Bandwidth is only part of the equation. Latency is going to be the issue. Whether or not it's a usable connection is going to depend on the quality of the connection you have with your provider at your given location, and your tolerance for the quality you get as a result.

    Can it be done? Probably.
Will it be usable? That's a more complicated question (and answer).

Guessing your video card might be a bottle neck too, if it's compatible with Zwift. The first laptop I tried to use with Zwift wouldn't work because of the video processing limit on it.

Is that the latency from your device to the zwift servers? If it's the latency to a speed test site, it wouldn't be relevant. However anything under 250ms should provide a relatively smooth experience.
