    Accidentily shipped free boots.

DHL delivered the wife a pair of men's Blundstone Super 550 Crazy Horse boots today, size 11. I have never heard of them until today. I tried them on and the 11 actually fit me, although I doubt I'll wear them. There is no record on our Amazon account of us ordering them, and she hung up the phone after 15 long minutes of trying to send them back.

    Anyway, over $200 ugh.

So, you got free boots, they fit, you can't give them back, and they are so ugly you can't stomach wearing them?

Wow, those are some UGLY boots. What's with the dueling bootstraps? Is it for people with reduced hand strength, or is it some sort of failed fashion statement? If it weren't for the price, I might've thought these were designed for hog farmers...

I think they look perfect for winter time. Send them to me.

"Dueling boot straps" would be helpful to spread the cuff open when inserting foot - the similar looking Merrells I had only had one strap which eventually ripped the cuff then tore out of the shoe. I think a second strap would have helped a lot.

Yeah, I don't think they are that ugly.. not great looking, but not ugly, and with the pants cuff over them, you would not notice the straps, and depending on length of your leg pants, you might not even see the two tone. I think they would look better in black.

I should complain and send them back for replacement black ones.

Blundstones are pretty desirable, if I'm remembering correctly. Is it just the aesthetics that are bugging you? Seems like the bluebird of happiness crapped in your cereal and you wound up with some free shoes.

If they came from Amazon and Amazon won't take them back, and you didn't get charged for them... sell on eBay!

But I would also check the credit card didn't get charged for them if you didn't already.

I did check the credit cards and Amazon/Paypal, that's not to say someone didn't open up a new one in the wife's name and send us a gift to try it out though.

can't they use tracking numbers or amazon numbers on the box to figure out who bought it? Was it a gift from friends/fam?

Free boots, but now you are required to buy a horse. Ugh

It came in a DHL box with the vendor (MARCAS BRANDS) fulfilled by Amazon, but neither of us has it showing up on our accounts. The lady on the phone from Amazon was trying to pin it down, but the wife got frustrated and hung up when her call went nowhere after too much screwing around. The funny thing is that there's a phone number on the label, when the wife called the number it immediately showed on her phone that the number was hers, which sounds like it's some kind of DHL specific thing. When I called the number it didn't pick up. Weird.

Ok, sounds like something's definitely weird.

Doing a quick search on Marcas, they're definitely a presence on Amazon, but they don't seem to have a lot of inventory on their own...a drop-ship sort of thing is my hunch. Their Instagram page says that they're an eCommerce Leader. Their Shopify site has gone dormant, as has their Facebook, but they're still operating on Amazon.

The fact that a $200 pair of shoes suddenly showed up on your doorstep, and the contact phone number circles back to your wife's is very strange.

Those boots would be perfect for the person who drives a PT Cruiser....no care about aesthetics, just in it for the ride.

So like a moped or a fat girl then? I m ight wear them, I'm just waiting for my skinny jeans from Ebay, and for my hair to grow long enough to be able to make a man-bun.
