    I like the crumbles...they make awesome Vietnamese Lettuce Cups. Another non-meat product we get is Quorn --- made from...fungi?

    Had the Impossible Burger at (of all places) Applebee's, and I was impressed. But as Saltchucker mentioned, they're too damn big, I agree.

    I also eat fish but not chicken or red meat. Really hoping to replace more fish with vegetarian stuff, and am experimenting with tofu at home, but so far I'm coming up short. Can't make tofu taste very good. Though I do love soontofu soup, and whatever they do with it at the local chinese take-out.

    Tofu generally takes on flavors rather than add. Try marinades and/or seasoned coatings and frying cubed or incorporating into sauces (pastas for example) to extend or replace meats.
