    Can't Add To A User's Reputaton

I try to add to a user's reputation by clicking on the six-pointed star on the bottom left of their post, but I keep getting an error message that says I must spread some reputation around before giving some to "X", as if I've done it multiple times in succession to the same poster.

Anyone know how to correct this?

Given his penchant for nicknames, and his aversion to reading, I've decided to shorten Donald J. Trump to it's essence: Dump*

I was "social distancing" before it was cool.

IIRC from back in the day when this BS feature was put in place.... you need to give rep to 100 people before you can give it to a person another time.

So go rep crazy, eventually you can circle back around.
    Stout beers under trees, please.
