They possibly put it on the market for those with a need for a reason to drink Bacardi's.

I liked it, but then again, I was munchin' on some salty sunflower seeds at the time, which took the edge off of the offensive sweetness.
I lost my phone number. Can I have yours?

Tried it with hot dogs with spicy mustard and everything went bitter (the Coke even moreso than it already was).

I believe that what happened was, someone from Pepsi infiltrated the upper echelons of Coke to the point where they green lit this project. Pepsi WINS!!!!

You can envision a vanilla float with Coke.

You can envision a mélange of orange sherbet and vanilla ice cream.

The story should have ended here.

    I tried the zero version.

I thought it was a bit too much cola, so that the cola (on the back end) was fighting with the vanilla/orange (on the front end). It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't something I will try again.

It did make me want a dreamsicle though.

Sadly, my body rejected the idea of puking it up for fear of tasting it again.

I haven't tried it yet. The awful jingle is enough to keep me away.

I haven't watched any college basketball this year, until last weekend. I'm already tired of hearing about the new Coke. Since I don't watch much television, commercials really are a bummer for me. Ugh.

I'd say give it another shot with some good ol' tater chips or something.

    I am desperate.

Absolutely suckered by the commercial, I bought 24 cans so I really need to at least tolerate it 22 more times.

Tried again with a burger. Usually, I save a sip of beverage to wash food down. This time, I saved a bit o burger to freshen the palate.

This stuff must have a very narrow profile for compatible tastes (burger, toasted bun, mater, onion & mayo). Be warned.

Try devising a cocktail that uses bitters.

Another option, make a BBQ sauce with it. I could see how that might work on... well nothing really given the vanilla. But it would be a sauce.

There are recipes for coca-cola cake. Try that. Some are chocolate based, and I can see the orange working in that.

Or leave it somewhere public so people can take it if they want, and chalk it up to experience.

And THIS is the reason I don't watch TV. If it wasn't for RBR, I would have never heard of this stuff. You kids DO know what the real products being sold are right? BLOCKS OF VIEWERS.

Oh, I saw it in the gas station and thought it looked good. I'm perhaps blissfully unaware of the TV commercial.

You could donate the remaining cans to a community food bank. Of course they would blacklist you to prevent any future donations.

Took mom (just turned 90 in December) to the grocery store this evening. She looked at the "flavored" coke and loudly proclaimed, "that stuff is REALLY nasty!"

I wouldn't have known about this product if I didn't look at this thread. But I decided to give my average 2 servings of soda per year (that's how little I care for it) a try yesterday. I would say it's a cross between orange Fanta and 7-Up. IOW, it's just same-ol same-ol.
