    Gak

Too much melatonin.... Weird dreams woke me up, they were all in Spanish, I don't speak Spanish so I don't have a clue what they were about.
    Of course I'm sure...that doesn't mean I'm right.....

    OK, true confession.

Last week I had a dream that mice were overrunning civilization by feasting on the dead calloused skin on the bottom of people's feet as they slept (it was on the TV news)... so naturally, in my dream, mice kept nibbling through the bottoms of my feet and I seemed paralyzed and unable to fend them off... meanwhile, my dog peacefully slept by my side.

5 am, dragged more firewood into the house, after I finished, my new "almost smart" watch patted me on the back for working out! Apparently, 15 minutes of working with firewood burns more calories than 45 minutes on the trainer, fixed gear, resistance at 4 out of 5, average hr 130 does. Ima calling BS!

Remember the movie "The Matrix"? Having the dog sleeping was a tell that I was IN THE MATRIX and AGENTS WERE COMING!!!

Then, this evening, it told me that I have ascended or descended 22 flights of stairs today. Is this a test of my fitness or my memory? I still have at least 2 more flights, that is, unless I forget something else, to get to bed later!

ok...figure out the calorie issue, set the activity to "cycling" and it was confused by the zero miles, I re-set it to exercise bike and it was pretty close to both garmin and SportTracks
