I hate those swivel things. I would never ever make calls if I had to swivel the display all the way around like that. I would never even text! Oh, the horror.

I like my slider a lot more than I thought I would. Better than a flip, almost as good as a regular flat phone but without the accidental calls when you forget to put key lock on.

speaking of bluetooth, i just learned last week that you can connect phone to phone via bluetooth to send songs/ringtones/etc. I suck at this techno game.

i'm still using my Nokia 3390 (basically the solid blue version of JaeP's phone). I've had this thing for seven years now and it still works fine. i'm considering getting a new phone but I may just wait for the iPhone to come to Canada.

All my phone have cords. My last upgrade was to go from a rotart dial phone to a tone dial phone.

Why are ringtones such a big deal? I still have mine on the default one.

All you guys live in the USA too. Why not get a legit iphone? I had to pick my up while on a business trip and hack it to make it work here in Canada. Now I have to forever follow the hacker forums for the iphone to stay up to date rather than have it carefree and let Apple do whatever they want with it.

Cause you have to get a data plan with your voice plan. ~$100/mo. total as opposed to ~$60/mo.

So you can have it on high volume and become an irritant when it goes off in the middle of the theater, or restaurant, or the office. Who doesn't want to hear Honky Tonk Badonkadonk?

That's just it--I've never heard a ringtone that I think, "wow that is cool." I'm more likely to be thinking, "Man...what a tool--they wasted their money on that?"

Well that, and my phone is too small to hold up to my head while holding onto my latte and shifting the mini

I had a Nokia very similar to that until AT&T dropped support for it (some format issue ) last year. I was forced to upgrade and got a cheap Motorola. It's garbage. I miss my old Nokia

It is now... or will be in July... I forget when.

I dont know if its a "pull over" offense, or not. If not, im not sure if it will mean anything. i would be just as happy if they banned cell phones in automobiles all together.

I keep thinking about getting a new phone, but there's nothing wrong with the one I have. And it's got a nifty little feature for the mathematically impaired - a tip calculator. I like my little slider.
