    Got Some Devastating News Today...

    They discontinued Rye Triscuits.
All of those ‘open the economy’ protesters should band together behind this travesty. It is (was) the ‘finest of the flavors’, to quote the BNL.
    Crushed over here.
(2cnd world problem, as the US has slipped down a notch).

There just wasn't enough room in the Tricuit family for both Rye and Triscuit Rosemary & Olive Oil. Someone had to go

But there's still my Smoked Gouda, so I will persevere...

I used to be able to get tiny rye pretzel peanut butter sandwiches. Can't find them anymore. The pretzels were rounds, Snyder's I think was the brand. Regular still out, but for some reason the rye worked really well.

TBH I never knew about rye triscuits. Oh well.

Good rye bread is a treasure.

    Stout beers under trees, please.

We made rye bagels with caraway seeds yesterday.
    So good.
Did a few with ‘everything’ seasoning, my new favorite!

There's a Potlatch plant near-ish where I live that makes particle board. I think they also make Triscuit crackers there.

    This is totally unacceptable.

Somebody in snack food heaven is having rye triscuit with squeez-a-snack cheese right now.

Sad - try Wasa with a little hot mustard and melt the fat away.
I am 100% convinced the internet and social media are not the salvation to human civility.

I recently discovered "Good Thins". I guess they're like wheat thins but made out of rice or other gluten free ingredients. I'm not gluten intolerant at all but I think they're my new favorite cracker.

The only Triscuits worth eating are the olive oil black pepper variety. The rest of them can suck it.

Stocked up on roasted garlic and cracked pepper. The garlic is and therefore perfect for house arrest/Zoom meetings.
