I'm studying the effects of fitness on age.

I would love if you could fill out this 30 second survey on fitness and age. What I'm finding so is nice and the visuals are fun but I need more data right now.

    Thanks!

What does this question have to do with fitness and age?

OP has been on this site for 9 years and is conducting a 'survey' that sounds like a 5th grader came up with it...?

    will pass.

I have been studying the effects of fitness on age too; for quite a few years. I have come up with some conclusions.

It makes me feel better both physically and mentally.

Sometimes it hurts more than it used to.

Sometimes stuff hurts regardless of my fitness level.
    Of course I'm sure...that doesn't mean I'm right.....

Literally by instruction. Dad said, you smell boy." Handed me a stick of deodorant.

Okay. Instructions read, "Remove Cap and push up through the bottom."

Asked days later, I told my father my farts don't smell but it hurt.

I have found that despite pretty good fitness, I have aged 20 years since 1999.

I'll just go out on a limb here..... it is impossible for fitness to effect age.

Legitimate researchers will provide a lot of details in an invitation. Who they are, the purpose of the research and how the results will be used, statement about it being approved by an IRB (if applicable), what it will be used for, risks and benefits of participation, whether the data will be confidential or anonymous (not the same thing), etc.

Lucky boy, I appear to have aged 30 years in that same time period! (hair fell out, wrinkles and the hair that stuck around turned white.) oh, and it's a good thing that I have a high pain threshold because stuff that I didn't even know I had aches sometimes. Still, in all physically I am in as good or better shape than I was in 1989. I attribute that to clean living and..... Never mind, I can't say that with a straight face.

What do any of the questions have to do with fitness or age?

Not sure what the goal of the survey is, but with questions like that, just make S#it up, write the college a nice fat check and consider yourself ... deodorant.

I remember my 86 year old father in law being pushed through our home in a baby chair call elderly care.
