    iTunes experts ?

Anybody here know of a good method to merge 2 different iTunes libraries that reside on 2 different computers (and devices). I've seen assorted methods on the web, thought I'd actually ask somebody who's done it or knows how.

HomeShare/Family Share sucks, as I want the entire libraries, not just purchased music.

    Any thoughts appreciated.

I'm the least qualified person to give IT advice that I know. That said, something having to do with my wife and I sharing the same I-tunes account made it a royal PITA to restore my new phone from the I-cloud. It apparently pulled some apps/music that my wife purchased onto my phone and would ask for her password CONSTANTLY before letting me use the phone.

    So, there's that.

    A program called Super Sync

    $22

Gets you 2 licenses for 2 different machines, load them up, find the machines on the home network, do a sync and Voila !.

I don't think Apple lets you import music that was purchased on a different iTunes account. You have to go thru a whole process of converting to an .xml file, etc....

The Super Sync software as well eliminates duplicates.

It works very well as I discovered.
