I think when the Ford GT came back into production in 2016, everyones' jaws hit the floor, as did the drool.
We can't talk about cars without talking about the rear end. When I first saw 2016 Ford GT, I couldn't shake the image of certain animal off of my mind.
Dunno. But does it matter if you're driving a KIA Swinger for the same price as the New Corvette having tons more power and torque looking exotic at stop lights with a complete centre roof extract vs. a Korean car with nice and touchy feeling dash board switches and a hatch back?
man I like the Vette in white! first time in my life I have put in my mind I'd like to own a Vette
That's awesome, congrats. Please post your impressions when you take delivery.
In reference to the Assault on Mt Mitchell...

I only do, "Storefront" window reflections below legal limits in downtown Manhattan. Exactly like back in the early 2000's with my Ducati 996SPS. All pipe, tune and rumble. Pre-Selfie Period.
One a lighter side, it'll be a daily driver. Just don't touch my top tube during cycling season.
I said that in another forum and I got yelled at. I was looking for fart cans under the bumper. The front end also looks like Japanian tuners hacked into Chevy's CAD program.
As for the other aspects of the new vette... In the event of a front end accident during regular road driving, I'm not a fan of having my legs be a major part of the front crumple zone, and having several hundred pounds of smoking hot engine in the back seat. Seems somewhat suboptimal from a safety standpoint.
That's my story and I'm sticking with it, until Andy69 tells me otherwise.
