the LA story is so tired and boring...

    there's nothing left to discuss.

He did not invest in Uber, he invested in a fund that had put some of its funds in Uber. Uber is at 50% of it's pre-public valuation. In the documentary he briefly mentioned he was selling his Austin house because he is having cashflow issues. He is now trying to sell his house in Aspen.

I learned a little from watching this. Biggest thing was learning why Floyd blew the whistle. I understand why he'd be angry nobody signed him, but then again, no-one would want to take a chance on a caught doper with an artificial hip. That's all just one big mess and nobody was a winner, except Lance. He looks to be living a comfortable life after all; maybe not though. Came away feeling pretty much the same about him - complicated guy, hard to like. I'd enjoy having a couple of beers with him but that's about it.

One big question - what kind of bike were they hauling up the steps for him to train on after cancer treatment? No logos, but had the look of a Guerciotti or Viner to me.

I stand corrected. But I think my version had a stronger effect.

I think Lance's next career move should be to sign on as a commentator with "America's Dumbest...", right next to Gary Busey, Leif Garrett, Danny Bonaduce and Tonya Harding. He'll fit right in.....

I think that was what led to Lance's downfall. Had he thrown Floyd a bone, given him a job on that team, it would have shut him up. Wouldn't have needed to put him on the TDF squad, just give him a job racing bikes. Its not like that team was short on resources.

Why does anyone care what LA has to say?
He's a liar & a cheat, NOT a role model, no need to treat everything he says as anything important, he shouldn't be a treated as celebrity.
