Easily Angel Hair, butter, salt and ground pepper and fresh ramono or grated aged parmesan cheese [eaten out of the pan with a fork and spoon twirling assitance into perfection] slowly. But this can last you 2 days.

On the other chopstick 箸, can eat a VERY healthy dose and have been thrown out of restaurants with authentic chiefs eating this until a belly bloat. I can eat fresh tuna and couscous until its pushed out ones ears.

The Ex & I had an odd ritual. If we were eating out, by ourselves, we'd run down the usual suspects before always, ALWAYS settling on the sushi bar.

Keep up with it. I love Italian food. There are tons of sauce recipes that will make you want to eat more pasta. Also, try rice.

Linguine is my preferred pasta. Don't know why shape makes a difference, but it does.

Oh, and I don't eat raw fish or sea weed. I love fish, just not raw. I actually like my meals hot usually.
    Of course I'm sure...that doesn't mean I'm right.....

The shapes of pasta and reasons go back a long way. If you have time and inclination to get into it, there are long discussions on that subject.

Fish & chips. Potato is another carb source you can dig into for weight & carb loading (for long ride).

Quit eating healthy, the answer is FAST FOOD and GIANT SIZED SODA. All ya gotta do is spend some time in any Metropolis to see how well this advice works.

Hell, you'll be tryin' to lose weight in no time.

Thanks, the solution was staring me in the face all along. Just drinking soda would probably be enough. You know, I haven't had fast food in many years, many, many years.

I don't have any issues running out of fuel on a long ride, I can pretty much ride all day.

My fuel supply hinges on how well I dose my insulin, and this time of the year gives me fits. Ramping up the mileage in the spring makes a big difference the efficiency of my bodys use of insulin, which means my blood glucose levels are harder to manage than in the middle of winter or summer.
