When are you going to upgrade her to hydros? She's probably a traditionalist, so you got the frame material right.

You know, those things fold pretty easily....always managed to fit my dad's walker behind the front seat.

I know, I have transported it hundreds of times, this is easier! We weren't going far and I would have had to flip the rack down to open the hatch so I just strapped it on.

My mom got a kick out of it

My mom (age 94) has one of those too. I always stick it in the back of the Outback. Never thought about attaching it to the bike rack. Cool idea!

My Mitsubshi is a Subaru knockoff, trust me when I say that the rack works slick as greased snot! I actually have my mountain bike on it right now, heading for Michigan tomorrow and I need to take a bike with me just in case I decide to run away. I will NOT, take my Waterford to Detroit!

Mom is not that vulnerable, she's a tough old bird, no doubt about it. She only needs the walker because she has had 2 knee replacements and the warranty was up 15 or more years ago and at 90, she is not interested in doing it again! She is sharp as a tack and in pretty good shape and health for an old timer, she really is at 90, she still manages her own affairs and computers (4 computers)

Edit :she lives alone with her dog!

Yup. And my wife moved her mom and dad out of a crime ridden neighborhood their entire family lived in before WWII which became a riot zone resulting in murders and home envations at doorsteps. Matter of fact, during the 2001 move the postman was shot delivering mail in the front of the house as my spouse yelled, "KEEP LOADIND.." to the U-Haul guys.

Of a second youngest of 6 children, her mom, who had her at age 42, their daughter bought a home in a safe neighborhood outside the "city" in the suburbs her own dad built in the 1950's as a finishing carpenter.

Her mom said to me, "I do not have to be intrapped in a house any longer because we moved out here.."

    Sad.

How a great neighborhood ended up being absolutely horrible and how a better neighborhood costed so much to maintain some ....safety.

    Free sheit.

    Lots of free sheit.

And so on and such as and a map for the world freedom and such.

Care for these elderly and have a living will.

    As an attorney highly recommended.
