    And so the middle-age memory lapse begins....

    Today I went to a local equipment rental to get a tool for a household project. I'd swear that I'd never ever been in that establishment before and had certainly never rented anything from them.

    Yet when I gave them my name they found me in their data base. Correct address, correct cell phone number. "You musta rented from us at some time," the clerk insisted.

    Damn. What else has the hard-drive between my ears deleted?!
