Snowflakes are melting, indeed. I can't imagine being triggered hard enough by what someone else is wearing to start a thread complaining about it.

Wasn't he just wearing a pair speedos and a cowboy hat?

That's the image that wakes me up at night in a cold sweat.

Yup, I wish people had more self-respect, and respect for my eyes and senses. I don't want to see you in public in pajamas. Or in slippers. I also don't want to be able to see through your pants. Or see your thong or 3/4 of your boxers.

    Please stop already.

Is it as bad as that pic of a guy wearing a rubber suit and racquetball goggles at a criterium that was all over these forums about 10 years ago? Yeesh.....

I do not wear the same pajamas I slept in when I go out. Of course, I also don't wear pajamas when I go out. Pajamas are for sleeping in, full stop. I don't tend to go places like Walmart where people will wear pajamas, though. Certainly, I've never had any one come in to my bike shop wearing pajamas. Pajamas in public is just weird, and I would be tempted to suggest to someone doing so that they may want to seek counseling.

    A few thoughts

What is this thing called a mall you speak of?
At least tops and bottoms of pajamas match.
Was wearing curlers in you hair worse than wearing pajamas?
Sweats and track suits used to be fashion statements
No one ever complains about yoga pants unless you see them being worn in Walmart or the Golden Corral

Lighten up, Francis. You may have noticed that between my original post and most of the responses here, we’re just having fun and not taking things too seriously. That’s in the spirit of the Lounge, no?

Ya, I guess I should be thankful that nobody was ever offended as a strutted through the grocery in full kit, duck walking with my pretentious cleat clad cycling shooze and helmet atop my noggin... just because I thought that a full cycling kit, a duck walk with cleat clad cycling shooze and a helmet atop my noggin was normal...

Blame Eve and that damn apple.

I can't believe a cyclist is using the term biker for cyclists.

Self-respect? How about self-preservation? I am a lawyer and you should see all the half-wits that show up to court in pajamas.
Just because you won't listen to reason does not mean I have to listen to idiocy.

Haven't been to the forum in a couple days. So I hit the general section, Nothing.

Lounge, Nothing. Oh wait. What is this? Pajamas in public.

    Nothing to see here.

    Next.

    Except I came back.

    CRAP.

Let me tell you the judges are not fond of the practice. It makes them think that the pajama wearing defendant is not taking the process seriously.

And the strippers that show up in very low cut tops also don't fair very well. Sorry, a pair does not beat a straight . . . . . . . to the clerk to pay your fine in dollar bills.

The other day I said to myself I need to get out more and see what's going on.

    No I don't.
I am 100% convinced the internet and social media are not the salvation to human civility.
