    who's got 2 thumbs

and a silver medalist at USA Cycling Velodrome Nationals? Plus a 10th in a Keirin, with 2 more years to improve. She had a bad omnium which included a crash and a blood sugar extreme bonk. It's been a long 6 days I am a tired, but very proud dad. 15-18 Team Pursuit.

Congrats, ATP. Must be fun being able to say, "Yup, that's my girl."

i actually have four thumbs. two were surgically added after the vc blew off my two big toes when i wouldn't talk. they kept asking stuff about samantha, uncle arthur, and aunt clara ... witchcraft stuff i knew nothing about. i tried to make stuff up to save my two big toes, but they yelled, "that not what happen on show!" it was really frustrating. many don't know, but it's hard to walk without big toes. thank god for the thumb donor. some guy gave me two. now i can walk and stuff.

Good Show.....We had a girl on our team that when she was 15-18 would fight every year with Coryn Rivera for a podium spot at road Nationals. In the four years and three road events, each year, she only beat her to the Stars and Stripes once.

I remember watching Coryn @ CX races when she was a wee lass. She was beating most of the women. The new Coryn is on the top step, Megan Jastrab who I think took 5 national titles, including Elite Madison with Jen Valente. She's 17, rides for the Rally Team and may make the 2020 Games. Oh, and she's beaten Coryn in a bunch sprint

    Hey Apt,
Congrats you proud dad! I've been out of the cycling game for a while; where were the Nationals held? Home Depot Velodrome (Is that still what it's called?)

Sweet. Congrats. My kid doesn't do track, but one of her teammates was on the top step of the Team Pursuit. Those are all some fast girls.

That top step is loaded with talent. At road nats, Meghan crushed most of her races. Olivia took the TT. Zoe took the 17-18 TT. Can't remember what Makalya did, but her name was announced often.

If you had posted this earlier, during the rides, we could have watched it live.

Whaa? Dignity Health? Man, I really have been out of the cycling scene for a while. Is your (not so little anymore) girl have aspirations for the Olympics? And is she strictly a track rider, road or both?

Awesome ATP! I wish my girl would have ridden the bike. She was talented. She decided to be an engineer and to have four babies all boys, 7,5,3 + 1

My youngest grand daughter is my next best hope....she LOVES riding in the Burley! and she has 2 thumbs too!
edit: HOWEVER at 2 1/2 she is a RISK TAKER so I am not set on the whole keeping the 2 thumbs thing.

Seriously buddy, congrats, gotta feel good to see the kids fall in love with the sport/s that you are in to. My son is the only one who REALLY loves cycling, but he absolutely HATES driving so it is utilitarian to him!
