Are you ready for the big weekend?

No, I don't mean the Superbowl, I am talking about something really important... Groundhog Day. Will we be out riding in six weeks in beautiful warm spring weather or shoveling snow off of our driveways? Only Phil knows

I look forward to watching the movie. Its on half the cable stations at some point in the day. My wife gives me crap 'how many times have you seen this movie'. I tell her that it just keeps getting funnier and funnier every time I see it. Again and again and again.

I went to Costco last night and picked up a couple of cases of bier and lots of finger food.

Over the last few days the wind chill has been -60 and the actual air temp. has been -33. We also have over 30 inches of snow on the ground. I'm pretty sure the groundhog, at least in Iowa, is dead. He's stone dead. Deceased. E's bleeding demised. E's passed on. The groundhog is no more. He has ceased to be. E's stiff, bereft of life. E's kicked the bucket. He is an ex-groundhog.
Just because you won't listen to reason does not mean I have to listen to idiocy.

He's in PA -- it hasn't been that cold in this part of the country. But if he is dead, then he clearly won't see his shadow and Spring in right around the corner. Yipee! I hate winter.

The February Groundhog Day really doesn't apply to southern Arizona but they should have a second Groundhog Day in early August for us. If he sees his shadow, triple digits will continue into September, if he doesn't see his shadow then triple digits will end in August. Because it's always sunny here, that pretty much means he'll see his shadow every time, the little f****r.

Hard Rock across from Plaza de Catalonia --- a little feista for an Americana football game.
I am 100% convinced the internet and social media are not the salvation to human civility.
