    Some beautiful steeleys.

And it's interesting to learn that Pinarello's #1 design rule goes back a long way in time.

Design Rule #1: No bike can have Pinarello written on it less than 11 places, not including any logos.

And thanks to pantograph engraving, you can have way more than 11!

Hi, first Pinarello ownership as a result of a find on CL. This poor frame needs saving. What i have learned is that it is a Tre Cime but cannot determine the year. I believe from the research that it was first introduced in 1987 and may have only been offered for years as the 89 cat does not list it.
It will be stripped and repainted with new decals. I have yet to determine what is going on it.

I may be looking for a Victory gruppo and sell what came on it, which was some Dura Ace and Superbe Pro mixed with Shimano 600 and 105 stuff.

Update on the Tre Cime. It is stripped of paint as it was in sad shape. The group going on will be Suntour Superbe Pro. Victory was hard to come by and the Suntour parts were readily available.

    Picture is prior to disassembly:

Since then I found a Montello, again on CL. All Dura Ace 8spd. I suspect the vintage is 1991 as this is the newest part code:

guess adding pictures is not straight forward!
