    Friday time-killer semi-interesting poll

    http://www.digitalronin.f2s.com/poli...stionnaire.php

Another one of those "where do you stand" things, but the results are sort of interesting. I ranked myself as microscopically left of center for years, a barely left-leaning moderate. Only in about the last 10 years, as society and the GOP have swerved hard right, have I begun to suspect I might be (shudder) "liberal."
FWIW, though, on this poll I came out just barely left and above the center point, about the thickness of the line into the "Authoritarian left" quadrant. Maybe the Republicans really HAVE gone nuts....

    Whatever this means...

Sorry, I screwed up posting the graph.

To sum up - I hang down, and to the left.

I keep telling you that you're libbie but you refuse to believe it.

I'm dead-center and one line down. I screwed up saving the image and I'm not filling out the form again.

    Your political compass

    Economic Left/Right: -3.75
    Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -3.49

If FIXED took an arrow and shot it directly to the left he would hit my dot. To the surprise of no one.

Fits me pretty closely. Moderate with some left leanings

Guess it hit the mark. Darn, I wanted to take over the world.

It all makes sense...Livesteams leftist leanings are the result of the Trotskyite beginnings and Wilsonianism of the neo-conservative right. Methinks that STEAM has more in common with the Russians on his lawn than he consciously realizes.

As probably the only Buddhist on this forum I guess it is appropriate that the Dalai Lama is my neighbor.

    EDIT: Thank you, Silas.

I'd post the graph if someone would PM me on how to do it.
Don't bet on it. I don't know what's necessary to call oneself a Buddhist, but I feel closer to that than anything else that I'm aware of. I compare most closely on the chart to Gandhi and I'm quite comfortable with the idea of being in his company.

Say, notice how all the traits associated with the left are negative (-)? ;)
