Relax. "Steady Lindsey" will announce his continued support for Trump's re-election later today in yet another performance of the GOP's Game Plan titled The Art of Putting Party Before Country.

Pat Robertson said he was “absolutely appalled” by the announcement, warning that Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan is a “thug” and a “dictator.”

“To say he’s an ally of America is nonsense. He’s in for himself,” said the 700 Club host. “The President, who allowed [Jamal] Khashoggi to be cut in pieces without any repercussions whatsoever, is now allowing the Christians and the Kurds to be massacred by the Turks.”

Robertson concluded by saying “The President of the United States is in danger of losing the mandate of Heaven if he permits this to happen.”

WOW. Ole Pat finally found something to be appalled about. One would think raw dogging a porn star while your wife is pregnant would be a line not to cross.
Well at least now we know where the line is. Let's hope he applies the same concerns with the next POTUS.

National Security Council source, Trump's own people. They think he is an idiot.

    https://www.newsweek.com/exclusive-o...-spine-1463623

President Trump was definitely out-negotiated and only endorsed the troop withdraw to make it look like we are getting something—but we are not getting something," the National Security Council source told Newsweek. "The U.S. national security has entered a state of increased danger for decades to come because the president has no spine and that's the bottom line."
But, but, but he is the worlds greatest negotiator! He only wins! He is getting the Nobel prize for out negotiating Kim and getting him to give up all his nukes and rockets!

In December 2015 when asked how he would handle Turkey and Syria.

“I have a little conflict of interest ’cause I have a major, major building in Istanbul, It’s a tremendously successful job. It’s called Trump Towers — two towers, instead of one, not the usual one; it’s two. And I’ve gotten to know Turkey very well. They’re amazing people, they’re incredible people. They have a strong leader.”

Couldn't have said it better myself!
More Americans wanted Hillary Clinton to be President than wanted Donald Trump.

Donald Trump has never had a wife he didn't cheat on.

I heard that even Moscow Mitch came out with a statement deploring this move by the White House. Please God, let this be the beginning of the GOP abandoning this cretin in the Oval Office.

Bet you $1 that Trump, in his 'great and unmatched wisdom', won't find this off limits.

As I have stated strongly before, and just to reiterate, if Turkey does anything that I, in my great and unmatched wisdom, consider to be off limits, I will totally destroy and obliterate the Economy of Turkey (I’ve done before!). They must, with Europe and others, watch over...

Rep. Mark Green (R-TN) has an interesting take on the pullout.

“I think it’s the wrong decision, but from my perspective, I look at — my wife and I — we agree about 85 percent of the time, 90 percent of the time, there are times when we disagreed and we just get over it and get by. So I am disappointed in the decision on this one, but I still fully support the president.”

I wonder how many times he has disagreed with his wife about an action that would lead to a military assault of a group of people and their eventual death. My guess is they argue about how much to spend on the internet or where to go for dinner... conservatives love their false equivalences.

After a phone call from the President of Turkey... yes.

    Christ... this ain't rocket science.

This is the direct result from pulling out on a whim with no strategy. I'm sure just something else you 'can't' criticize.

The Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights put the death toll at eight, including
two Christian Assyrians in the city of Qamishli
a husband and wife and their child as well as another man in a village outside of the town of Tal Abyad
a child in a village west of Qamishli.
Also killed was a man in Ras al-Ayn

Trump knew in advance precisely what the scope of Turkey's operation against the Kurds in Syria would be.*Gulnur Aybet, Senior Adviser to the President of Turkey, told CNN

“President Trump and President Erdogan have reached an understanding over precisely what this operation is,” Trump “knows what the scope of this operation is.”

Real Americans are disgusted by Trump selling out our allies.
