2019 Tour de Suisse Race Thread - Spoilers Allowed

I just realized there are almost as many big names in this race this year as there are racing the Dauphine. This could be another fun one.

This year it seems split on who's going to which race. Should be interesting.

Marc Soler is leading Movistar's team for this one. It'll be interesting to see what his level is as he's headed to the Tour this year and should be one of the ones they are relying on in the high mountains.

Nice attack by Sanchez. He was traveling too fast by the time any of the leaders saw him. Timed that thing perfectly. I don’t think we have seen much from the guys likely to win though. Two time trials and some mountain stages should separate the men from the boys.

So where might one find a live broadcast of the Tour de Suisse? Or a delayed full stage race?? All I can find are the 2 minute highlight reels.....
So I tuned the Larrivee, drop D, then DADGAD.

Thomas crashed. Looks like touched wheels. He’s beat up but arms are moving. Looks like his TdS is over but TdF might still be on subject to scans etc

Maybe Bernal will move up to numero uno for TdF

Zeits, the other rider, involved has abandoned. He looked like he had taken a hard (harder ?) fall.

    Never nice to see.

I was just about to post the same thing. Ineos is clearly not having a good month. Bernal and Poels would likely be the next men up if Thomas can’t go.

Appears Thomas doesn't have any serious injuries, however, he is going to the Tour without much in the way of racing days.

2 stage wins for Viviani. Wonder if that's enough to secure himself a spot on DQS' Tour team.

If he can get back on the bike soon, he should be able to get some good mileage in still. We’ll see what Bernal does though. He could easily end up their #1 given the route and injuries. Viviani looks like a lock to me. He could do well this year and I don’t feel like they have as strong second options as they have in prior years.
