    I hope this works because the riders need a real union.

    Absolutely, I agree. All the power is in the hands of the race owners/organizers right now. The sport is their personal ATM. Things need to change and can if the right people push the right buttons.

    Agreed. I understand that many of the small race organizers are breaking even to making a small amount, but some of them also seem to take rider concerns a bit more seriously as well. Races like Vuelta a Murcia don't even get money from TV. They have a local TV station that covers the end of the stages.
