Anybody familiar with any of the coaching offered on the net? I see ads all the time from individuals to CTS (Train right) etc., any experience...good, bad? Anyone you'd recommend?

I'd recommend you hire someone local to you. Someone who can watch you race, who can yell at you, who can show you the ropes, who can ride with you, who you can trust. You need to have a coach who you can share a beer with after your first big win, or whose shoulder you can cry on when your "A" race goes badly.

I agree with shawndoggy's advice. If you can't find anyone local, check out Wenzel Coaching. They provided me with excellent service and focused my training.
