    Cheap trainer desk?

I'd like to get the Wahoo desk, but at $250, it's a bit steep. I see a $125 knockoff on Amazon, but still...

Has anyone found any good alternatives for under $50?

It needs to be at least 40" high, I don't want to build anything, and I've already seen the suggestion for an ironing board. Thank you!

Do you need a desk or just a stand for a laptop?

Look for standing desks. They can be much cheaper

    Good question...

When going opting for a cheaper alternative, if one wants the laptop in front of you, you'll likely want a desk that has two legs instead of one to allow your front tire to clear the leg(s)

This Wahoo alternative ($139) looks decent, but perhaps a bit big. I'd ideally like to have my laptop centered between my brakes/shifters and not above them so I can easily access it while riding.

Do you have a bike work stand? That's what I use: clamp some piece of wood and put the laoptop on it
(just make sure it does not slide around).

    Thumbs down

I'm seeing a few stands like the following on eBay... at least for I'm looking for, this might work...

*** EDIT *** Never-mind... this stand only goes up to 35" which is lower than my handlebars.
