Should I use NP or average power for FTP?

    Guys,

Is it more accurate to use NP or AP for a 10-mile rolling hill TT to use as my FTP? The rolling hills made for a 15W difference between the two.

    Thanks

Only if you take about an hour to ride a 10

Thanks Alex. I've seen the 7 sins before, should've re-read them.
BTW, great to have you here as well as the other forums you visit. Your story is definitely inspirational and glad to see you coming back so strong.
