Don't know if it is the "Best", but I use this one for most of the wheels I build: https://www.bikehubstore.com/Unior-N...p/unior-nw.htm I only use Sapim nipples, so that is the size I bought for my personal builds. When I work on Friend's wheels, I have a full set of Park wrenches that will fit the other sizes of nipples that are common. They get the job done too.

Which ever brand you get make sure it's the 4 sided rather than the three sided. Less chance of rounding the nipples.

    I like round nipples.

Oh wait, not those nipples... nevermind.

I like the old, round DT Swiss wrench better than the new one. It has a little less leverage, but is less clumsy. Or this Spokey

My favorite is the P&K Lie Spoke Wrench sold by Wheel Fanatyk:

As you can see, everyone has their own opinion. However, what Velodog said is true, look for a four sided, not three sided unless you want to round the edges.

Unless you're working as a pro wheel builder, the Spokey is a great choice. And even if you are working as a pro wheel builder, it's still a good choice.
