Easton R90 SL Alloy Road Rim, any issues?

Have you experienced any issues with this rim, cracked spoke holes, difficult tire mounting, brake wobble...?
How much do they really weigh?

No issues in 18 months of selling them.* They weigh 453g with freakish regularity.

    *Disclosure - we sell them

Seems like a relatively pricey alloy clincher. Is there something special it offers?

Quality and reliability. That's pretty much it I think. The profile is nice but nothing special really.

Reliability? Has this rim been out for awhile?

Reynolds is not a company I normally associate with alloy rims.

This rim has been out for a couple years. I agree that it is high quality and reliability. It also has a nice finish and can be used tubeless is desired. Note, tires are still very easy to mount even though it has a tubeless ready design.

As most things these days, the brand isn't the factory. I'm not positive on this but I think they come out of the same factory as the nicest HED rims.

I really don't see that as a positive. They might be great rims, but saying that a company with little alloy rim history is a good choice because they are actually getting them from an unknown subcontrator isn't actually encouraging. Especially when the price is on the high side for the specs.
